Lost and Found Procedures
If you leave an item on the bus, please call (785) 864-4644 , 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You will need to provide the following information: route, direction of travel, and the time and location the trip ended. You will be asked to provide a detailed description of the lost item and a contact number.
Items, if found, will be available for pick up after 12 p.m. the next business day at the KU Parking & Transit office, open 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays and when the university is closed. All items found will be kept for a maximum of 14 days.
