<p>Students may schedule their rides between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. during the days on which JayLift operates. Ride requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to ensure a ride. (Emergency or last-minute requests will be incorporated as the JayLift schedule permits.) Students should call 864-5438(LIFT) to schedule a ride. </p>

<p>If a student needs to cancel a ride, he or she should call the dispatcher twenty-four (24) hours before the ride was scheduled. JayLift will wait no longer than five (5) minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. If a student misses his or her ride, all subsequent rides for that day are canceled. If a student misses two (2) rides without twenty-four (24) hour notice and for non-medical reason may be removed from the schedule by Academic Achievement and Access Center.  </p>
